Funding

In some cases and where possible we offer fixed fees . In cases involving domestic violence we will work at significantly reduced rates. In all cases your solicitor will be able to advise you of how much your matter is likely to cost and the schemes available to you in respect of fees. Fixed fee work is payable as soon as work starts.  If we are doing work at an hourly rate we will normally request a payment on account before work starts. Some clients choose to pay a monthly amount towards their costs and  in some instances we will defer our fees until conclusion of your case. In all cases we ask that you pay to us the expenses we have to incur on your behalf (Court fees and Counsel’s fees) as they become payable.
