Crosby & Moore maintain strong links and liaise with other agencies such as CAFCASS, RISE, CAB and local mediation services. Where necessary we can draw upon the expertise in our probate department and conveyancing department to provide you with a comprehensive cost effective service.

Some matters such as non-contested divorces, parental responsibility agreements and changes of name deeds can be dealt with under our fixed fee scheme providing you with absolute certainty as to what your matter is going to cost you. At present Crosby & Moore do not undertake legal aid work. We will however be able to point you in the right direction to find somebody that can help you.

Sometimes when agreement cannot be reached in relation to children or finances then it may have to be sorted out at Court. If your case necessitates a Court application we will only instruct leading chambers and trusted barristers to ensure you are provided with a quality service and unrivalled expertise from the outset to the conclusion of your case.
