Lucy Gregory our head of department is an expert at dealing with domestic abuse frequently advocating and supporting people in emergency proceedings. We can help you obtain a non molestation order (injunction) to protect you and your children in cases where there has been domestic abuse. Should you require assistance then an appointment will usually be made for you within 24 hours of you contacting our firm and in such cases we offer reduced rates in respect of fees.
In emergency situations then contact the police immediately. Domestic violence is against the law and the police will be able to assist you. Further support can also be accessed through RISE, NCDV and WOMENS AID.
