If you feel that your marriage has irretrievably broken down and you have been married for more than a year then it may be possible to divorce your spouse based on one of five facts. In most cases once we have taken your initial instructions we can conduct your matter via letter email and telephone reducing the need for you to come to our offices. An uncontested basic divorce usually takes between 3 and 6 months to finalise. If you have moral or religious objections to divorce then there are other alternatives available to you such as judicial separation and separation deeds.
