David Crosby
David is a Partner and co-founder of the Firm and acts for a wide variety of clients. David is a Member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel and acts for members of the public, who through no fault of their own, have suffered injury and financial loss after an accident. He accepts instructions for all types of accidents and in particular those arising from the driving and use of cars/motor vehicles; the riding of motorbikes and bicycles, and for pedestrian’s who have been injured on the highway. David also acts for clients who have been injured at work, injured by slipping and tripping and lastly those who have suffered injury as a result of criminal assault.
David also acts for clients in relation to contractual disputes, debt recovery,  family breakdown and the division of property & other assets.
David lives in Hove and is proud to be a Director & Company Secretary of The Brighton Festival Fringe.

Warren Moore
Warren is a Partner and co-founder of the firm. He has for many years specialised in the field of Clinical or Medical Negligence, and brings actions on behalf of victims, against Doctors, NHS Trusts and other Health Professionals.
He also has extensive experience in dealing with high value and complex personal injury claims, professional negligence claims, and advocates on behalf of bereaved families at Coroner’s Inquests.
He is a member of the Law Society’s Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury Panels, and a Senior Litigator accredited by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).

Lucy Gregory
Lucy Gregory is a Partner of the Firm and Head of the Family Department. Lucy attended the College of Law in London and then completed a Masters degree in Law at Sussex University.  Prior to joining Crosby & Moore Lucy trained and worked at one of the oldest firms in Brighton dealing with a wide range of family work including separation / divorce, financial matters and care proceedings. Lucy specialises in all aspects of family law and has extensive experience representing clients in emergency injunction proceedings, matrimonial and children disputes. Lucy is a member of Resolution and actively involved with RISE (formerly Women’s Refuge)  providing pro bono legal advice in relation to domestic abuse.
Lucy offers free initial interviews and will always endeavour to see clients within 48 hours of them making contact with the Firm.

gregGreg Woods
Greg is a Partner of the firm and head of the Private Client Department. He is an accredited member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) as well as a member of the Law Society’s Probate Section.
Greg specialises in Wills, the Administration of Estates and Trusts. He also advises clients with regard to Powers of Attorney or Deputyship Orders.
Greg has a keen interest in sports, being a member of a local golf society and a fan of Southampton FC.

pat99Patrick (“Pat”) Richards
Pat is a full time practising Consultant Solicitor with Crosby & Moore, and is Head of the firms commercial property department. Originally from Wales, he attended the London School of Economics, and then trained in London, and was admitted as a Solicitor in 1975. He then moved down to Brighton in 1980, where he has practised ever since.
Pat’s wide ranging general experience lends itself perfectly to Crosby & Moore as the firm evolves. He now concentrates on Private Client Law, particularly for the elderly, and to include the drafting of wills and trusts. He also specialises in company, commercial and contract law, together with property work and commercial conveyancing
Pat speaks French and Italian and is the local representative on the Law Society national Council. Pat has published a book on cricket and still enjoys various sports, travel and family life.

james king James King
James is an Associate Solicitor within the Firm’s litigation department and practices primarily in the fields of clinical negligence and personal injury law. He is a member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Accreditation Panel and a litigator member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). James joined the Firm in January 2012.
James is recognised in the legal directory, Chambers & Partners, for his work in both the clinical negligence and personal injury fields.

georgie98 Georgie Salvage
Georgie is a Licensed Conveyancer which is a specialist property lawyer, someone who is trained and qualified in all aspects of the law dealing with property. Georgie primarily deals with Residential Conveyancing matters. Prior to joining Crosby and Moore Georgie gained a wealth of experience working at a well known local firm where she was the resident specialist in the drafting of new Leases, Lease Extensions and Deed of Variations. Georgie was educated in Brighton at St Mary’s Hall School for girls and studied Business at Brighton College of Technology. Georgie is now living in Mid Sussex and enjoys spending time with her two sons and Cocker Spaniel Misty.
